All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the highest quality of academic content. Each submission will be evaluated by at least 3 independent reviewers. Reviews are conducted on the basis of technical quality, originality, significance, clarity, and relevance to the conference scope.
Institutional Pre-Check Required: Authors are strongly advised to check their manuscripts using their institution's plagiarism detection tools (such as Turnitin, iThenticate, or similar) before submission. Papers should demonstrate a similarity score of less than 30% to be considered for review.

Papers that are accepted must be presented at the conference (either physically or online via pre-recorded videos on YouTube), either by the authors themselves, or via proxy. No-shows will be removed from post-conference distribution and will not be available on IEEE Xplore or other public-access IEEE forums.
Please read this terms and conditions carefully. Submitting your paper means you agree to the following terms:
1. All accepted and presented papers will be submitted by the Conference Organizers to IEEE for consideration in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, subject to compliance with IEEE's quality, scope, and ethics requirements.
2. Final acceptance into IEEE Xplore® rests solely with IEEE; the Conference Organizers do not have, and do not claim, final authority over Xplore inclusion. In accordance with IEEE's Non-Presented Paper Policy, the Conference Organizers reserve the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution — including from IEEE Xplore® — if it is not presented by an author at the conference (either physically, virtually or via pre-recorded videos), or if registration and applicable fees are not completed as required.
3. Following publication in IEEE Xplore®, IEEE may submit paper metadata to independent Abstracting & Indexing (A&I) partners, including but not limited to Scopus, Web of Science (Clarivate), and Ei Compendex (Elsevier), for their own evaluation. Each A&I partner makes its own independent editorial decision regarding what content it will index, and neither IEEE nor the Conference Organizers can guarantee, promise, or control inclusion in any A&I database. Accordingly, the Conference Organizers do not claim, reference, or guarantee indexing in Scopus, Web of Science, or any other database, whether prior to, during, or after the conference.
